NY1 was looking to overhaul its entire news graphics package. The concept was to create an intuitive app based experience delivering news through clear story flow, expandable layers of information, and simplicity. We called it Local App-eal. We looked to create a package that incorporated iconography, flexible designs for their producers, a friendlier feel and fun.
